Professional exchanges: For a long time, Inner Mongolia Mineral Experiment Research Institute (Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Technology Co., Ltd) attached professional skills on the first place of geological commercial testing industry, dedicating to studies in professional fields, learning advanced science and technology in the industry from both at home and abroad. We visited more than a dozen countries and participated in various geological seminars. At the 12th and the 13th International Mining Conference, the accurate and unique understanding of Inner Mongolia Mineral Experiment Research Institute (Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Technology Co., Ltd) on geology aroused interests of many mining companies from Swiss, Canada, UK and Australia etc., expanding the influence of the Mineral Experiment Research Institute in domestic and international counterparts. Personnel Training: We strengthened reserve cadres team construction, adhering to the scientific development concept, focusing on creating high-quality talent team. Currently, the average age of reserve cadres trained is around 33. All the cadres have graduate student education background. The cadre team is gradually becoming more younger, professional, knowledgeable. Meanwhile, to further culture technical talents, improve their professional skills, we spent more than 800,000 RMB to carry out education and training, strengthening outside training force for professional and technical personnel as planned and according to different specialties. We sent out 81 person to participate in various national occupational qualification examination training, including sending them to get master's degrees in Jilin University, University of Science and Technology of China, Central Institute of Finance and Economics, laying solid foundation of professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills for the operating management of our company. Employee Welfare: We strengthened the building of grassroots organizations, adhering to the principle of people-oriented. On employee management, Inner Mongolia Mineral Experiment Research Institute (Inner Mongolia Geology and Mineral Technology Co., Ltd), has fully considered the quality requirement on employees working and living conditions. It invested 3 million RMB to construct a staff canteen covering the floor area of 720 km2 and created an elegant environment for employees on dining. As the number of young employees is increased, we constructed an employee recreation center with floor area of 1 030 km2 to carry out various recreational and sports activities, enhancing the team cohesion of the employees and training their hardworking spirit.
